Our two culinary classes have been working hard all school year, making and selling food that they get to make. They learn about all the different types of food and from different regions. Each culinary class is allowed 10 students so you’re going to want to get in ahead of time. We are all very lucky we have a culinary class! Since the culinary class has been working hard all year they are getting to go to Black Sheep Burgers in Springfield Mo. The trip is on April 9th and we will be leaving after the ACT is finished and we will return after school.
